the breakfast had a big variety, and the pool seemed spacious, which i appreciated. i also found the beach easy to reach from the hotel. i liked that there were many options for food and drinks outside the hotel, even though it was touristy.

I noticed the balcony door was old and difficult to open. It could use some maintenance.

the room had sufficient space, and i liked that i received two complimentary water bottles daily! the lcd tv worked well, and there was a good functioning safe for my valuables.

the staff helped with carrying luggage and were very responsive when i called for assistance! they always responded and assisted to their best ability, which i found very helpful. i also appreciated the quick accommodation for a room change.

despite being in the center, the location felt a little removed from the main street, which i liked. this meant i did not hear traffic or street noise. it was close to the beach with only a five-minute walk.

the hotel has two pools and lovely gardens! i often forgot that busy kuta was just out the front door because the grounds were quiet and spacious. the wifi worked very well too, so i could stay connected.

i appreciated the inviting pools , one including a swim-up bar and a smaller pool designed for kids. the staff members were consistently helpful and friendly , always ready to assist. breakfast offered a great variety of options , ensuring a satisfying start to each day. a convenient money exchange service was located near the foyer, very handy.

the air conditioning unit leaked slightly , also there was some mold on the ceiling under the unit.

i found the staff very accommodating. the location is really central. breakfast had so much choice. the bed was super comfortable, too. the cleaning was efficient, and i always came back to a super clean room

the pool got very busy and could really use more umbrellas, since it gets full sun in the afternoon
